We’re pleased to confirm that we are once again able to offer subscriptions and single-issue sales to customers residing in the EU.
We’d like to thank you for your patience and apologise for the extended delay in resolving this frustrating situation, which came about due to post-Brexit changes to EU VAT regulations.
If you are an EU subscriber whose subscription was cancelled as a result of this situation you will be contacted no later than Thursday 30th December with information about re-subscribing and refunds relating to your old subscription. Please also note the following:
– We are using a third-party website to allow us to process EU orders. It is operated on behalf of the Blizzard by our mailing house. Any queries relating to your order can still be directed to us via in the normal way.
– To make a purchase on the new website, select your delivery destination at the top. When you do this, the correct VAT will be added to the product prices so that you can see exactly what you need to pay including shipping charges.
– As stated on the website, for customers whose orders include access to digital editions, we will set this up post-purchase. Please bear with us as this process will be completed manually on a weekly basis.
– As things stand, we are only able to offer 12-month subscriptions and single issues to EU customers. We are hoping to offer additional products in due course and will keep you posted on this.
