As many of you will be aware, COVID-19 has resulted in postal delays which will continue for the foreseeable future. To meet the increased demands on international postal services at this time, there have also been significant increases in the prices we are charged.

As a result, we have had to make the difficult decision to temporarily suspend the fulfilment of overseas subscription mailings.

This means that any non-UK customer who had a live print subscription prior to November 24th has not yet been sent their copy of Issue 39 (released tomorrow, December 4th). We are currently looking at alternative postal services and we will let you know as soon as we have an update.

Subscription orders placed on November 24th or after (and all other orders) are being processed as normal, but please be aware that orders to most destinations outside of the UK are subject to lengthy delays and we can’t guarantee pre-Christmas delivery.

We will be in touch with subscribers by email to offer compensation as a gesture of goodwill. We can, of course, offer refunds for subscriptions and other orders if this is preferable.
